as a part of “project get fat 2012” - I am trying to eat a healthy three meals a day. this is breakfast (not pictured is my Fiji apple.) today’s new addition is butter on the bagel. normally I’d settle for just creme cheese but I was feeling bold, and it was free ;) if your wondering what my daily fix is at Starbucks - it’s a grande, iced caramel macchiato with soy milk & extra caramel, upside down (try saying that five times fast!)

itching for some new ink….
I think it’s going to be my 25th bday present to myself. POW!
can’t believe I’m 25 in 3 weeks!!! time has just been whizzing by. work, boyfriend, friends, family, sleep - rinse & repeat. love where I’m at & where I’m headed. 2012, you started out wack but I’m slowly going to turn it around. one day at a time.
